Since 2014, Aria has been turning many houses to Smart Homes in Northern suburbs of Chicago (e.g. Morton Grove, North Brook, Highland Park, Glenview, and Glencoe). According to ComEd's report in terms of just energy usage, our last project in Glencoe is using 3 times less electricity comparing with nearby homes. ComEd also stated that "this project is using 41% less electricity than efficient neighbors. This is based on 100 similar homes within 1 mile with similar characteristics such as size and fuel type".
